The Guidelines Document has been produced by the NKA steering committee in consultation with the organizations listed below. When appropriate, and wherever possible, the advice and recommendations of the organizations have been included. The Guidelines Document is revised at regular intervals, and anyone wishing to contribute or comment on the contents may do so in writing to the address on the right hand side of this page.
